Executive Coaching
One to one coaching for leaders who want clearer thinking, better decisions and more influence. We work on what is actually in front of you, whether that's a new role, a difficult team, a move abroad or a career crossroads. I am an ICF certified coach, and I bring 20 years of leading and advising across cultures into every session.
The Next Move: a focused 30 minute session to get unstuck on one pivotal decision or challenge.
Annual Coach Package: twelve 50 minute sessions across one year, one each month, for structured and lasting growth.

My own framework for personal leadership. It looks at the alignment of body, soul and mind, because when one of the three falls out of step, performance and wellbeing follow. It sits at the heart of my coaching, the Empowerment Code Retreat and my forthcoming book. The retreat is two days away from the noise to realign all three, run on request for individuals and leadership teams.
